Shay was an up-front, all around good guy when he came to my place after I was locked out. He tried to bump my lock multiple times before he asked if I wanted him to drill the cylinder. He salvaged what he could and even called me later in the day to offer to replace the cylinder for free. Highly recommend. Exceeded my expectations, and the price was a bit below what I feared I'd pay.

I know it sounds like a given, but Shay asked for my ID before getting to work. That's not always the case and a sign of someone who actually cares about their reputation.
